Packaging: 30 ampoules (30 x 25 ml)
Recommended dosage: Stir 1 ampoule (25 ml) in 250 ml of water or juice. Take 1 ampoule daily in the morning on an empty stomach, or about 30 minutes before training. It can also be dosed during long-term exercise. Never exceed the recommended dosage of 1 ampoule per day! Open the ampoule using the break opener at the marked white line. Drink from the ampoule using a straw!
Warning: Not suitable for children, pregnant and lactating women. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. It does not replace a varied diet. Store in the dark, at room temperature, out of the reach of children.
