This smooth cream, also sometimes called peanut butter, is made by grinding freshly roasted peanuts. The peanuts have been tested several times for the absence of aflatoxins. It has a delicious peanut flavor and is great as a spread on both fresh and shelf-stable pastries, to enhance the flavor of Asian dishes, in spicy sauces and peanut cookies. It is also excellent in flaky or whole-grain porridge and to flavor various cereal and muesli mixes. You can also try the favorite snack of American children, the so-called PBJ sandwich: bread with peanut butter and jam. A pleasant variation is to use honey instead of jam.
