45% Native Whey Protein
Quick e released protein, which is immediately digested and thus the necessary nutrients reach the body almost immediately. It comes from milk from exclusively grass-fed European farms and, thanks to native technology, it is the purest and most natural form of whey protein there is. It is in its natural, nature-created and untouched form from fresh milk.
With native technology, the greatest art is the extraction of pure whey molecules directly from fresh milk without damaging the protein. One pasteurization is also an advantage - it is usually pasteurized twice, due to which the protein molecules are denatured. In addition, the entire processing process takes place at only ten degrees Celsius.
Producing Native Whey protein is undoubtedly one of the most expensive and time-consuming processing methods, especially when it has to be carried out in accordance with the strict ISO9001 standard. That is why only a few dairies in the world can technologically dare to use it, and that is precisely why it is a form that is so rare for protein, and which brings results that would not be possible at all with ordinary protein obtained from whey.
Native Whey contains more branched chain amino acids, up to 16% more L-Leucine, more essential amino acids and almost 40% more cystine than regular whey protein.
45% Micellar Casein< /strong>
Micellar casein is digested slowly in the body, which ensures a gradual and constant supply of amino acids into the bloodstream. Like native whey protein, casein comes from European farms - Reflex Nutrition does not import dairy or whey products from the USA, as growth hormones and antibiotics are widely used there. The production also uses ultra-fine filtration and low temperatures to capture every protein molecule found in fresh milk in its natural and intact form, while filtering out unnecessary fat and sugars. The result is pure, undenatured, native micellar casein of top quality.
10% Egg Protein Isolate
Egg whites are next to whey protein with their nutritional value 100 and with a medium fast digestion time, the second raw material has been at the peak of popularity among bodybuilding and fitness fans for decades.
