45% Native whey protein
Ry chle is a released protein that is immediately digested and thus the necessary nutrients reach the body almost immediately. It comes from milk from exclusively grass-fed European farms and, thanks to native technology, it is the purest and most natural form of whey protein there is. It is in its natural, nature-created and untouched form from fresh milk.
With native technology, the greatest art is the extraction of pure whey molecules directly from fresh milk without damaging the protein. One pasteurization is also an advantage - it is usually pasteurized twice, due to which the protein molecules are denatured. In addition, the entire processing process takes place at only ten degrees Celsius.
Producing Native Whey protein is undoubtedly one of the most expensive and time-consuming processing methods, especially when it has to be carried out in accordance with the strict ISO9001 standard.
