BIO and RAW agave syrup Zdravý den® is made from the juice of the agave plant grown on the volcanic soil of southern Mexico. The juice is thickened using a gentle process not exceeding a temperature of 42°C, creating a syrup with properties similar to honey, which has a lower glycemic index (GI 20-26) than sugar or honey. Agave syrup is 25% sweeter than sugar. It is suitable for vegetarians and vegans.

Use: thanks to its distinctive sweet, delicate taste, it can be used to flavor porridge, muesli, yogurts and desserts. It is suitable for baking, cooking or sweetening herbal teas and other drinks.
