Ingredients: Salt, sugar, spices (chili, galangal, tamarind), flavour enhancer (E621, E631, E627), tamarind, chilli, acidity regulator (E330), galangal, cooking oil, synthetic Tom Yum flavour (contains shrimp powder), yeast extract, pepper, chilli oil (E160c), sweetener (aE950) and synthetic fish sauce flavour. Allergens: The product contains milk, shrimp, fish, peanuts, soya. How to use: Fry onion, garlic with 6-7 tablespoons of cooking oil over low heat, add 1 chopped tomato and 1/4 chopped pineapple, stir fry until cooked over high heat. Add 1.5 litres of water, bring to the boil, add spice packets, mix well. Add a few crushed lemongrass cloves and lime leaves. Bring to a boil and enjoy. Add seafood and vegetables as desired.
