Borlotti beans
Borlotti Beans cooked in a glass jar, preserved in brine with lemon juice. Borlotto is a plant with red striped yellowish pods. When cooked, they acquire a dark color and their flesh has a floury texture. Beans are suitable as the main ingredient in soups, purees or stews.
