Crushed tomatoes with basil
The tomatoes, harvested in July, August and September, are processed in such a way as to preserve their flavors, aromas and nutritional properties. After washing and sorting, the tomatoes are peeled, diced and taken to the next stage.
After adding basil and tomato puree, the product is brought to high temperature, bottled and pasteurized to ensure stability over time. Organic pulp with Alce Nero basil is prepared without additives.
