Biancolilla Extra Virgin Olive Oil
Straw-yellow oil with golden highlights and an aroma similar to artichoke, tomato and fresh grass. It goes well with raw and cooked vegetables, soups and grilled fish.
Produced in Palermo. The olives are harvested between October and January, manually and with the help of mechanical aids to minimize the damage that the fruit may suffer. After harvesting, the olives are delivered to the press and the production process begins, pressing into oil using the cold extraction technique.
