Paccheri made from durum wheat
The tubular and slightly curved pasta made from durum wheat with a large diameter is particularly suitable for filling with vegetables or meat.
One of the peculiarities of Gragnano pasta, which contributes to its quality, is the slow drying at low temperatures. Alce Nero organic Gragnano paccheri have a delicate flavour that goes well with any type of sauce.
Ingredients: Durum wheat semolina*, water
*from controlled organic production
Preparation: Use 1.5 litres of water for 100 g of pasta. Bring the water to the boil and add 10 g of salt per litre of water. The pasta is al dente after 13 minutes of cooking.
Store in a cool, dry place.
