Spaghettoni
They are made from semi-whole-grain durum wheat semolina. Cooked pasta goes well with classic tomato, ricotta, cheese, mushroom or truffle sauces, but also with delicate herb pestos.
Ingredients:Durum wheat semolina*, water
*from controlled organic production
Preparation: Use 1.5 liters of water for 100 g of pasta. Bring the water to the boil and add 10 g of salt per liter of water. The pasta is al dente after 12 minutes of cooking.
Store in a cool, dry place.
