Product detailed description
Alfalfa, along with other green food products, is an alkalizing food.
Alfalfa – also called alfalfa – is a perennial legume from the legume family that grows up to 1 m tall. It has three-petiolate leaves, the flowers are blue-violet, and the fruit is a pod.
Please note, we offer young alfalfa leaves, not seeds. Alfalfa is harvested when the leaves are at their peak of enzymatic activity, containing the most chlorophyll and other nutrients.
Alfalfa contributes to maintaining normal functions of the lower urinary tract. It affects carbohydrate metabolism and maintains normal blood cholesterol levels. It supports women's sexual health and comfort during menopause. Alfalfa has an effect on overall vitality and healthy appearance of hair and nails.
Traditional use:
Mix one teaspoon of young green alfalfa in water and drink. We use it 3 times a day.
TIP for preparation: Add only 2 times more water than powder to the glass of powder and mix to a paste, which we dilute with liquid - no lumps form.
