You can use the flakes not only when preparing cakes, baking cakes and sweets. You can add them to fish, sauces, fruit and vegetable salads. They are excellent lightly fried.

Ingredients:

Blanched and sliced sweet almond kernels.

Usage:

Pour the almond flakes into a dry frying pan and lightly roast for about 5 minutes. These fried chips can be sprinkled on fruit dumplings, puddings and other sweet desserts.

Storage:

Store at a temperature of up to 20°C, in the shade and with a relative humidity of up to 70%.
