Product detailed description
Aloisia trifoliata or lemon aloin is a perennial herb growing up to 150 cm. It is native to South America, from where it reached Europe in the 17th century. It is popular for its pleasant lemon aroma, which it owes to the plant essential oils it contains.
The part of the plant that can be used in phytotherapy is the stem. Aloisia trifoliata helps in draining the body, contributes to the normal functioning of the joint system and maintains premenstrual and menopausal comfort. It supports the body's natural defenses and resistance. It acts as an antioxidant and has a beneficial effect on sleep, promoting relaxation.
Provisions of Regulation (EC) No. 1924/2006, on nutritional and health claims, does not allow us to inform you about other effects of this plant on your body. Please find information about the effects in freely available sources in the herbarium.
