BIO and RAW amalaki powder Zdravý den® is a small yellowish Ayurvedic fruit, known as the "Indian gooseberry". It has been used in the Ayurvedic system of medicine for several millennia.
It supports the immune system and normal digestive functions. Contains vitamin C. It does not contain gluten. It suitable for vegetarians and vegans.
Food supplement.
Usage: Mix 2g (1 teaspoon) in water or milk and drink after meals. Add 2 teaspoons of water or milk to the powder to form a paste. Then dilute this paste, making sure there are no lumps.
Recommended dosage: 4g daily (2 teaspoons).
