Amalaki is the fruit of the Emblica officinalis tree, which grows up to 15 m tall. Its homeland was ancient India, where Amalaki fruits have been used for centuries within the principles of traditional Ayurveda.
Amalaki BIO contributes to maintaining normal digestive health, has an effect on the immune system.

Ingredients: 100% Emblica officinalis BIO, 450 mg/capsule, capsule shell: HPMC (hypromellose). The capsules are of plant origin and are also suitable for vegetarians or vegans.
Recommended dosage: Take 1–2 capsules 3 times a day, 20 min. before meals.
