BIO and RAW amalaki powder Zdravý den® is a small yellowish Ayurvedic fruit, known as the "Indian gooseberry". It has been used in the Ayurvedic system of medicine for several millennia.
It supports the immune system and normal digestive functions. Contains vitamin C. It does not contain gluten. It suitable for vegetarians and vegans.
Recommended dosage: 1 capsule 3 times a day with food. Wash down with a sufficient amount of drink. Amount of active ingredient in 1 capsule: 467mg of amalaki powder. Amount of active ingredient amalaki per daily dose 1.4g. Total weight: 84g.
