Mountain herb cheese
Lactose-free organic mountain cheese with 50% fat in dry matter - is a semi-hard cheese ripened in the rind. The rind is treated with red cultures and a mixture of mountain flowers and spices for several weeks. Taste is mildly spicy and full.
Ingredients:Pasteurized cow's milk *, mountain herb spice mixture *, salt, caramel sugar syrup *, microbial rennet, cheese cultures, red culture.
