White yogurt
Andechser Natur whole milk comes from farms that operate according to the strict guidelines of Demeter biodynamic farming. Only when the milk meets our high quality standards do we approve it for the production of our natural milk and cheese specialties. Lactic acid causes the protein components to coagulate and the milk to solidify. Lactic acid bacteria are also naturally present in the milk. The yogurt then ripens slowly and gently.
