Fresh whole milk
It is obtained from organic raw milk by cleaning, centrifugation, pasteurization (short-term heating) at 72 - 75°C with an effective holding time of at least 15 seconds to a maximum of 30 seconds, and subsequent re-cooling to 5°C.
