A fine and easy-to-spread forest mixture of blackberries, raspberries, strawberries and blueberries made from sieved fruits without grains. This jam contains 55% fruit and then only sugar, lemon juice and citrus pectin. It is suitable not only for baked goods, but also for sweetening porridge and baby food and for gluing sweets. No pork gelatin was used in the production and the product is suitable for vegans.
Why preserves? It looks like jam, smells like jam, tastes maybe even better than jam, so why isn't it jam? The word "jam" may only refer to products flavored with fruit juice, black currant is not considered a fruit. And that's why this jam - non-jam is called a fruit preserve.
