Use:

Psyllium has the ability to bind large amounts of water and thus increase in volume several times. Including psyllium in the diet contributes to the normal function of the digestive tract, helps food pass through the intestines. It contributes to maintaining the correct level of blood cholesterol and blood lipids.

Classification:

Dietary supplement. Water-soluble fiber.

Ingredients:

Organic Indian plantain - husks (Plantago ovata).

Preparation:

In the morning on an empty stomach or in the evening before going to bed, mix 1-2 teaspoons in 250 ml of lukewarm water and drink. Wash down with another cup of drink. You can use tea, fruit juice or juice. You can add psyllium to yogurts, porridges and soups.

Recommended dosage:

The maximum daily dose is 5 teaspoons per day. Children from 6 to 12 years old 1 - 2 teaspoons once a day.

Warning:

Not intended for children under 6 years old. The product may lower blood sugar levels. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. It is not intended as a substitute for a varied diet. Keep out of reach of children.

Storage:

Store in a dry place at a temperature up to 25°C.
