Use: Nettle and birch support the excretion of water from the body and normal kidney function. Heather supports normal urinary system function. Svizel supports normal lymphatic system function. Classification: Food supplement. Herbal tea, portioned in infusion bags. Ingredients (in 1 infusion bag): Stinging nettle – herb (Herba urticae) 450 mg, common heather – herb (Herba callunae) 450 mg, white birch – leaf (Folium betulae) 255 mg, yarrow – herb (Herba galii veri) 120 mg, marigold – flower (Flos calendulae), purple echinacea – herb (Herba echinacei), Chinese schisandra – fruit (Fructus schisandrae). Preparation: Pour 250 ml of boiling water over 1 infusion bag and let steep for 15 minutes. Recommended dosage: 1 to 2 cups per day.
