Use: Infusion or decoction of oak bark contributes to the normal condition of the skin. It can be used internally and externally for baths, rinses and compresses. Classification: Dietary supplement. Loose herbal tea. Ingredients: Pedunculate oak - bark (Cortex quercus). Preparation: Pour 1 teaspoon with 1/4 l of boiling water and leave to infuse for 15 minutes in a covered container. Recommended dosage: 1 cup per day. Warning: The product is not intended for children. Do not exceed the recommended dosage. It is not intended as a substitute for a varied diet.
