Usage:

Including psyllium in the diet contributes to the normal function of the digestive system - it helps food pass through the intestines. It helps maintain proper levels of blood cholesterol and blood lipids.

Ingredients:

Psyllium (Indian plantain husks) 80%, pineapple extract 10%, papaya extract, lemon extract.

Preparation:

Mix 1-2 teaspoons in 250 ml of lukewarm water in the morning on an empty stomach or in the evening before going to bed and drink. Wash down with another cup of the drink. You can use tea, fruit juice or juice. You can add psyllium to yogurts, porridges and soups.

Recommended dosage:

The maximum daily dose is 5 teaspoons per day. Children from 6 to 12 years 1 - 2 teaspoons 1x a day.

Warning:

Not intended for children under 6 years. The product may lower blood sugar levels. It is not a substitute for a varied diet. Keep out of reach of children. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.
