Usage: Rooibos is a drink prepared from a South African bush – the Cape tea plant (Aspalathus linearis). It has a characteristic dark red color and a slightly sweet taste, does not contain caffeine, and is therefore also suitable for children and breastfeeding women. Classification: Herbal tea, portioned in infusion bags. Ingredients: Rooibos – leaves (Herba aspalathi). Preparation: Pour 1 infusion bag with 250 ml of boiling water and let it steep for 15 minutes.
