Use: Sage contains antioxidants, supports the body's natural defenses and normal digestion. Contributes to the normal function of the respiratory system and (pre)menstrual comfort. Has an antiseptic effect. It can also be used externally for mouthwashes, gargling and compresses. Classification: Food supplement. Loose herbal tea. Ingredients: Sage - leaves (Herba salviae). Preparation: Pour 1 teaspoon with 1/4 l of boiling water and leave to infuse for 5 - 7 minutes in a covered container. Recommended dosage: 1 cup per day. Warning: The product is not suitable for children, pregnant and breastfeeding women. Do not exceed the recommended dosage. It is not intended as a substitute for a varied diet.
