Use:
St. John's wort contributes to relaxation and maintaining healthy sleep and good mood. It contributes to good digestion, natural immunity, urinary tract function and good skin condition.
Classification:
Dietary supplement. Loose herbal tea.
Ingredients:
St. John's wort - leaves (Herba hyperici).
Preparation:
Pour 1 teaspoon with 1/4 l of boiling water and leave to infuse for 15 minutes in a covered container.
Recommended dosage:
maximum 1 cup per day.
Warning:
St. John's wort can affect the breakdown of a large number of medicines, reduce their levels in the blood and thus reduce their therapeutic effect. It affects, for example, the level of warfarin, digoxin, medicines for the treatment of epilepsy, asthma, and reduces the effect of contraceptives. May cause photosensitivity in sensitive individuals. The product is not intended for children. Do not exceed the recommended dosage. It is not intended as a substitute for a varied diet. Keep out of reach of children.
