It has a unique, delicious and slightly spicy fruity taste. Great especially for dressings and for acidifying dishes. It can be used practically everywhere where regular vinegar would be. TIP FOR AN APPLE CIDER VINEGAR DRINK: mix one to two teaspoons into 200ml of warm water, or sweeten with a teaspoon of honey. It can also be drunk cold, as a refreshing drink.
