220g of fresh fruit is used for 25g of fruit slices
The pulp is produced using the technology of crushing and pressing apples on a homogenizer of our own production. Thanks to which the protective coverings of the apple fiber cells are broken, thus releasing vitamins and minerals into the pulp. It is then dried in a low-temperature dryer at up to 42 degrees. Thanks to drying at low temperatures, the slices retain all vitamins, minerals and a generous amount of fiber.
