Black sesame

Black sesame is an Asian treasure and has a special place in traditional Chinese and Ayurvedic cuisine. ARCHE organic black sesame tastes good in sushi rolls, pancakes, dumplings, tofu breadcrumbs and pastries. Roasted and crushed with a little sea salt, black sesame seeds are a delicious seasoning for rice, vegetables, fried noodles and wok dishes.
