Classic Dijon mustard with its spicy, slightly spicy note and pleasant sharpness is a real all-rounder and is suitable for all occasions! The quality requirements for Dijon mustard are very strict. For example, not every mustard seed may be used and the fat and skin content is precisely specified. The secret to the quality of this French original lies in the careful selection of ingredients, fresh processing and the absence of other additives - which is why Arche Dijon mustard does not always taste the same! Arche organic mustard is vegan and does not contain any granulated sugar or other sweeteners. It is produced in a mustard factory with a long tradition in France.
