Sushi rice
Selenio rice has similar properties to Japanese sushi rice. For your own sushi preparation and as a side dish for Thai curry or Asian dishes from a wok and pan.
Ingredients: White rice*
*from controlled organic farming
Preparation: Wash 1 cup of rice thoroughly in cold water, drain the water and let it drain. Then bring to the boil with 1.75 times the amount of fresh water and simmer over low heat for 10 minutes. Remove from the heat and leave to swell for another 10 minutes. Process according to the recipe.
Store in a cool and dry place.
