Cedarwood Tamari Sauce

This is what tradition looks like in all its glory! This soy sauce is aged for many months in Japanese cedar wood barrels to acquire its characteristic spicy flavor. It has a very rich taste and goes great with rice and meat, as a marinade or to season any dish.

Ingredients: SOYBEANS* (42%), water, sea salt, Mirin Mikawa* (rice seasoning sauce: rice*, water, Aspergillus oryzae), Aspergillus oryzae (Koji).
