Terminalia arjuna or arjuna pinnacle is a tree growing up to 25 m tall. The trunk is very sturdy and forms wide arches along the length, from which branches grow downwards, the bark of the tree is smooth and grey. The leaves of arjuna are green on the upper side and brown on the lower side, conical and oblong. The inflorescence is light yellow and appears between March and June. The fruit is a glabrous, fibrous, woody fruit, which can be up to 5 cm in diameter and is divided into five separate compartments. Arjuna bears fruit in the autumn months - September and October.
The homeland of arjuna is southern and central India. Arjuna bark was first used in phytotherapy in the 7th century BC.

Arjuna bark is primarily used to maintain and support the cardiovascular system, has a beneficial effect on liver function, and affects appetite.

Ingredients: 100% Terminalia arjuna

Traditional dosage:
Boil one small tablespoon (1–2 pieces) of dried bark in 250 ml of water or milk for about 15 minutes. It is advisable to grind the bark into smaller pieces before use for more convenient dosing. Regularity in taking arjuna is important - preferably after 6–8 hours, drink the decoction prepared in this way 3–4 times a day.
