Arjuna – Terminalia arjuna – ground powder. The advantage of the powder is that it is very easy to prepare.
Terminalia arjuna or arjuna pinnacle is a tree growing up to 25 m tall. Its homeland is southern and central India. The trunk is very sturdy and creates wide arches along the length, from which branches grow downwards. Arjuna bears fruit in the autumn months of September and October. The bark of the tree is smooth and grey, it was first used in phytotherapy in the 7th century BC.
Arjuna is primarily used to support the cardiovascular system, has a beneficial effect on liver function, and affects appetite.

Traditional use:
Mix half a teaspoon of finely ground arjuna bark in water and drink. Regular use is important, preferably after 6–8 hours 3–4 times a day.
Warning: It does not replace a varied diet. Keep out of reach of children. Do not exceed the recommended daily dosage.
TIP for preparation: Add only 2 times more water than powder to the glass of powder and mix to a paste, which is diluted with liquid - no lumps form.
