Terminalia arjuna or true arjuna is a tree growing up to 25 m tall. Its homeland is southern and central India. The trunk is very sturdy and creates wide arches along the length, from which branches grow downwards. Arjuna bears fruit in the autumn months of September and October. The bark of the tree is smooth and grey. It was first used in phytotherapy in the 7th century BC.

It is primarily used to support the cardiovascular system, has a beneficial effect on liver function, and affects appetite.

Traditional use: Adults 1–2 capsules 3–4 times a day. Take 20 min. before meals. Regular use is important, preferably after 6–8 hours.
Ingredients: 100% Terminalia arjuna, 375 mg/capsule. Capsule shell HPMC (hypromellose). Capsules are of plant origin, also suitable for vegetarians or vegans.
Warning: Not a substitute for a varied diet. Not suitable for children under three years of age, pregnant and lactating women. Do not exceed the recommended daily dosage. Store in a dark and dry place. Store in a safe place, out of the reach of children.
