Ashvaganda is a traditional Ayurvedic herb that is used as an effective adaptogen and antioxidant. It contributes to easier falling asleep and improves sleep quality, yet does not affect the CNS and does not depress during the day. It supports mental health and vitality, and is recommended during times of stress.

It has a positive effect on mental and cognitive activity and maintaining concentration. It helps overcome fatigue and provides energy. It has a beneficial effect on reproductive functions. Traditional use:
After shaking, take 20 drops 3 times a day. We recommend putting it in the mouth and letting it absorb through the mucous membranes. It can be washed down with a small amount of water. We recommend taking the third dose no later than 5 p.m.

The recommended daily dose contains an extract equivalent to 3,357 mg of fresh plant matter.
