Právenka latnata or právenka latnatá is an herb growing up to 110 cm tall. This annual herb comes from Sri Lanka and India, and is also grown in South and Southeast Asia. It is one of the herbs of traditional Chinese and Ayurvedic medicine.

Právenka supports the body's natural defenses and resistance, and is an antioxidant. It has a positive effect on liver function and helps to cleanse it.

Using právenka will support the normal function of the circulatory and respiratory systems. It is suitable for maintaining normal blood glucose levels. It is recommended for maintaining (pre)menstrual and menopausal comfort.

Recommended dosage and method of preparation: After shaking, take 10 drops 3 times a day. Due to the bitter taste, we recommend mixing the drops in a small amount of water. The recommended daily dose contains an extract equivalent to 1,383 mg of fresh plant matter.

Ingredients: vegetable glycerol; water; Andrographis paniculata
