Do you long for a peaceful sleep? Try Ayurvedic Valerian coffee. Although coffee evokes a desire for encouragement in most of us, this Ayurvedic coffee has the opposite effect. The mixture of herbs calms the nervous system, relaxes the body and mind. With long-term use, it improves sleep quality and shortens the time it takes to fall asleep. Preparation instructions: Put ¼ to ½ teaspoon of Ayurvedic coffee in a cup and pour hot or cold milk. You can sweeten it to taste. Alternatively, you can use boiling water and add milk in a ratio of 2:1. Do not use boiled milk or pour Ayurvedic coffee into a cup with milk or water. Dosage: One cup according to the instructions, maximum 3 times a day. The product is not recommended for pregnant and lactating women and children under 12 years of age.Nutritional values
