Ingredients:BIO corn starch, raising agents (potassium tartrates, sodium carbonates).
Preparation:
AMYLONKA'S TIP: add baking powder to pounded, shortcrust and sponge dough, as well as gingerbread, pancakes, etc. Process the dough quickly so that the powder only takes effect after it is put in the oven. Recommended dosage (per 0.5 kg of flour): shortcrust pastry – whole bag, shortcrust pastry – 2/3 of the bag, dumpling pastry – 1/3 of the bag.
