Zdravý den® baking soda powder is a versatile helper in the kitchen and household. It is a natural substance with an alkaline pH intended for both indoor and outdoor use. Baking soda occurs naturally in nature and the human body and its use does not burden the environment.

Internal use:
- for stomach acid - mix 1/2-1 teaspoon of soda in a glass of water and drink
 - as a baking powder when preparing cakes
- for preparing fizzy drinks
- for softening foods cooked in water (e.g. legumes - about 1 teaspoon per 1 liter of water)
External use:
- for household cleaning - for all types of surfaces including stainless steel, ceramics or wood, for cleaning pots without scratches or clogged sinks (pour 1 cup of baking soda with hot vinegar into the sink and then 1 liter of boiling water)
- for removing unwanted odors in the household - in a bowl pour the contents of the bag, place in the refrigerator and replace after a certain time.
