FeroBand - Pheromone adhesive strip for monitoring food moths.

A one-sided adhesive paper strip with pheromone, which guarantees effective capture of 4 types of male food moths - warehouse moth, flour moth, date moth and pepper moth. In addition, the product also contains an attractant for effective capture of houseflies.

This is an adhesive strip with pheromone for monitoring the occurrence of food moths. The advantage of the adhesive strip is its easy use. It can be hung anywhere using a hook or string. The trap is small and compact. The adhesive strip is able to attract moths from a wide range and one trap is sufficient for an area of 500 m3. The attractiveness and therefore effectiveness on food moths has been proven both by laboratory tests and by practical use.

The aim of the trap is to interrupt the reproduction of food moths, thereby preventing them from laying eggs in food. Its installation will therefore not result in the immediate extermination of adult individuals, but will ensure that larvae do not appear in food.
