Allergens: The product contains fish. How to use: Marinate 400g beef with garlic and spice sauce for 20 minutes. Mixing – Fry the fragrant chopped garlic and mashed lemongrass. Add the beef, sauté again, add 1.5 liters of water, simmer for 1 hour and 15 minutes, add the carrots for 40 minutes while simmering. Finally, add the onion to the stewed broth for 5 minutes. For a pressure cooker, after sautéing, put the meat in a pressure cooker with carrots, chopped lemongrass and 400 ml of broth for 25 minutes.
