Falafel
Although the exact origin of falafel has not yet been conclusively clarified, we know exactly where this special ready-made falafel mix comes from: namely from us. And almost exclusively from chickpeas. Our falafel is gluten-free and the organic chickpeas are finely ground in our Bauckhof mill. Delicately seasoned by us, just add a little water to the organic falafel mixture, shape the falafel balls and fry them in a pan.
