Do you actually know our DIY falafel mix? It consists almost entirely of chickpeas, which we grind in our Bauckhof mill in Rosche. Naturally gluten-free, in organic quality, super delicious and easy to prepare - just like our slightly more exotic variant, the falafel curry coconut mix.

Our tip: the curry coconut falafel goes great with salad, spread and fresh yogurt dip. Also really good as a burger patty or patty - or as a completely different kind of curry coconut banana soup. Simply delicious!

Preparation: Mix the contents of the bag with 200-300 ml of boiling water and let stand for 15 minutes. Shape the burgers with wet hands and fry until golden brown in a pan.
