Gluten-free roux
Suitable primarily for thickening light and dark sauces, it has a neutral color and taste. You can also use it in meat or pasta mixtures or soups.
Preparation: Mix 1 tablespoon of roux in 2 tablespoons of cold water. Bring 250 ml of liquid (water, broth, milk, sauce, vegetable drink) to the boil, then add the mixed roux, mix well. Cook briefly.
