Golden Seed Bread Mix

A golden mix for baking delicious gluten-free seed bread. The golden color comes from millet flakes, golden flaxseed and a hint of turmeric. The preparation is very simple. The package contains approximately 950 g of finished bread.

Ingredients: whole grain oatmeal* (gluten-free), ground golden flaxseed* (12%), golden flaxseed* (8%), sunflower seeds*, sesame*, golden millet* (6.5%), pumpkin seeds*, ground pumpkin seeds*, ground psyllium husks*, sea salt, turmeric*

Preparation:

Pour the baking mixture into a bowl and pour in 500 ml of cold water. Mix thoroughly and form a dough, which you put in the refrigerator for at least 3 hours, or ideally overnight. Then transfer the dough to a greased baking tin (25 x 10 cm), and smooth it with a damp spatula. Put the bread in a cold oven and bake without preheating on both sides at 200 °C for about 80 minutes. Let cool thoroughly on a wire rack.
