Lemon Cake Mix

Do you already know our lemon cake or rather our lemon cake baking mix? Because that's what it's all about: Making it yourself, but simply and really tasty. You can quickly mix this lemon cake with spelt flour in just 5 minutes, put it in the oven and enjoy the aroma. It comes from fresh lemon oil. Real oil!

Ingredients: spelt flour type 630 ** 59, raw cane sugar **, corn starch *, baking powder (raising agent: sodium bicarbonate, acidifying agent: potassium hydrogen sulfate, corn starch *), barley malt flour * *, toasted spelt flour ** 0.5%, sea salt.

Preparation:Add 3 eggs, 110 g butter and 100 ml milk. For an egg-free version, add 150 g margarine and 150 ml water.
