Gluten-free oatmeal
No genetically modified ingredients, no preservatives or additives. Oat beta-glucans have been shown to reduce blood cholesterol levels. High cholesterol levels are one of the risk factors for developing ischemic heart disease. This beneficial effect is achieved with a daily intake of 3 g of oat beta-glucan (equivalent to 75 g of oatmeal, i.e. 1.5 servings).
